Named Clothing, Silmu Shirt & Shirt Dress PDF Pattern

Silmu is a stylish sewing pattern duo that includes a loose-fitting shirt and a midi-length shirt dress. Both variations feature a distinctive overlapping collar. The shirt variation also includes breast pockets, a back pleat, long sleeves with cuffs, and an uneven hem with side slits. The waist pleats of the dress variation make it loose at the top, while the skirt is lightly fitted. The dress also has pleated half sleeves and a tie closure at the back.

This is a digital PDF pattern that includes sizes EUR 23-56 / US 0-24 / UK 4-28.

Materials & Supplies:

Shirt

• Fusible interfacing, 35 cm (1/2 yd)
• Small buttons, 12 pcs

Dress

• Fusible interfacing, 130 cm (1 1/2 yd)
• Small buttons, 12 pcs

Fabric Suggestions: For both variations, choose a non-stretch, light-weight or medium-weight shirt fabric. The blouse fabric can be slightly lighter, while the dress can be made of a heavier but more drapey material.

Delivery Details: This is a digital sewing pattern, not a physical copy.

When you purchase this pattern, you can download the PDF files from the order confirmation screen. You will also receive an email with a link to download the pattern. 

To receive a printed copy of this PDF pattern, select “Digital PDF Pattern + Large Format Printing.” We'll print the pattern out on our large format printer ($3.50/page). We are happy to ship the pattern to you or set it aside for in store pickup. Your pattern will be folded for shipping or rolled for local pickup. 

We do not print pattern instructions, only the large format pattern pages. You can print the instructions at home on US printer paper if you'd like (or just view them from your device).
