Puff and Pencil, Tie Waist Blouse PDF Pattern

The TIE WAIST Blouse pattern features a pull-over blouse with a casing across the waist and ties in both sides, allowing for a customizable fit. There are two darts at the front and a keyhole opening in the neck.

Fabric Recommendations: This pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics. Avoid fabrics that fall too softly, and choose a fabric with a bit of structure. Fabrics such as poplin, woven viscose, lightweight denim and lightweight canvas all work well for this blouse.
