A hardworking gilet. Make yours lined or unlined, with facings on the inside or outside.

Skill level: Intermediate.

This is a multi-size PDF pattern including sizes EU 34-54. This PDF gives you the tiled (33 x A4 pages, compatible with US printer paper) and A0 copyshop (36” x 48" pages) versions, as well as a separate PDF file for instructions. 

If you would like Lakes Makerie in-house A0 printing ($3/page x 2), select the appropriate variant. If you opt for our in-house printing we will ship your patterns or hold them at the shop per your order.

Suitable fabrics: Dry oilskin, oilskin, linen, 7-12oz denim, wool, corduroy, cotton twills or canvas. For the lining we’d suggest our barrier lining if using an oilskin, otherwise – cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, lightweight wool and slip linings.

*All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.*

6 x metal snaps or 15-18mm buttons
