Bring your own project (machine or hand sewing, embroidery) and Kim will be there to help. If you don't have a project to work on, she’ll help you get started on something fun. We have lots of great patterns and projects to choose from. Please send a message if you'd like to reserve a machine. This is a great opportunity to meet other sewists and share insights. Space is limited to 4 people per class!
What to bring:
- Your project :)
- Basic tools are provided in our studio for students. However, feel free to bring you own tools for your personal use.
- Machine + accessories (foot pedal, power cord, bobbin, etc)
We recommend bringing your own machine so you can continue to learn the ins and outs of sewing on your home machine! If you need, we offer studio machines to use upon request. Machines are limited. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@lakesmakerie.com for more info.
We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule if less than 3 students are registered. (If we do not hold the class you will be refunded)
If you need to cancel with lass than 1 week notice, we will give you credit for another class or for use in the shop.
We respectfully request that in-person class participants are vaccinated/boosted for Covid-19. We will not require proof of vaccination. Masking is currently optional, but will be based on local case positivity rates when the class is held. Please don't come to class if you are ill, we will find a way to reschedule you. Thanks for being flexible!
