Serger Studio with the Material Girls, Wednesday August 6, 1-3 PM

Are you comfortable with threading for a 4 thread overlock and trying to figure out when, how and why you should use it?? 

Four Options for this Class: 

1. Bring your project or questions and we’ll help you get the answers 

2. Serge a pre-cut child size tee (provided) and learn the most used serger techniques

3. Try out the rolled hem and flatlock stitches-we’ll bring fabrics for you to use

4. If you have a coverstitch machine or combination serger, this is a great class to learn the techniques.

5. This class can be repeated as needed-lots to learn!!

Class Fee: The cost of this class is $50. 

Supply List:

• Serger and all accessories including serger manual (download online if you don’t have one)
• Four different colors of serger thread (helpful if it matches the four colors on serger tension dials)
• Basic sewing supplies: Scissors, pins, seam ripper, etc. 

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 4 students to hold the class (if we're not able to run this class you'll be refunded). If you need to cancel within 1 week of the class, you will receive store credit.
