Learn to Serge: Basic Sergery with the Material Girls, Wednesday July 30, 1-3 PM

Join Kristin & Debbie from the Material Girls and get to know your serger! 

Do you have a serger you don’t know how to use? Are you a little confused about threading? Take the fear out of serging and get comfortable with what could become your favorite sewing tool. Start as a beginner or take the class to brush up or refresh your skills.

If you know the basics of serging and would like help with a specific project or would like to learn more advanced techniques using your serger or coverstitch machine, check out the Material Girls' Serger Studio class here.

Class Fee: The cost of this class is $50. 

Supply List:

• Serger and all accessories including serger manual (download online if you don’t have one)
• Four different colors of serger thread (helpful if it matches the four colors on serger tension dials)
• Basic sewing supplies: Scissors, pins, seam ripper, etc. 

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 4 students to hold the class (if we're not able to run this class you'll be refunded). If you need to cancel within 1 week of the class, you will receive store credit.
