Traditional Quilt Blocks Class
Learn to make the most versatile quilt block: the half square triangle. This simple, traditional block will open up a world of quilt-y possibilities.
You will receive fabrics to practice making half square triangles using several different techniques. Grace will share her strategies for creating crisp half square triangles and enjoying the process. We will practice cutting accurately using rulers and rotary cutters.
You will receive a kit of beautiful quilting cotton fabrics and cotton thread to create your blocks.
The class fee is $60 and the kit fee is $10 and includes fabric for a total of $70
What to bring:
- coordinating or contrasting thread (thread can also be bought in the shop during the class)
- Basic tools are provided in our studio for students. However, feel free to bring you own tools for your personal use if desired.
- Machine + accessories (foot pedal, power cord, bobbin, etc)
- Machine Manual
This class is limited to 4 students! (If we do not hold the class you will be refunded). If you need to cancel later than 1 week before class is held, you will receive store credit.
