I am a skater skirt maintained by a waistband, which you close with a zipper and a button at the back. My belt crosses at the front forming a beautiful bow. 

The different pieces overlap with each other so you will need to trace the pattern on paper or Swedish tracing paper.

Thin flannel, wool crepe, viscose crepe, thin denim, cotton
